Stop the service 'SRSHDAudioService', 'FLEXnet Licensing Service', 'FLEXnet Licensing Service 64'.
Start -> Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services -> Find and Stop.
Copy the replacement file from a folder SRSDSPProxy.dll x86 or x64, respectively, the bit of your Windows (32 bits x86 / 64 bits x64) in the folder C: \ Program Files \ Common Files \ SRS Labs \ DSP Proxy.
Just before launching the new version, it is recommended to clean the folder C: \ ProgramData \ FLEXnet.
Start -> Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services -> Find and Stop.
